ABOUT ME & THE HEART BEHIND AMAEYRA
Amaeyra is a space for inner light work, healing, and personal growth.
At the heart of Amaeyra is the belief that true healing begins when we gently return to the root of what we carry, in a safe and protected space, and free from judgment.
For now, Amaeyra is primarily focused on one-on-one Yin Breathwork sessions, with more offerings to come in the near future. This work is about reconnecting with yourself, walking your own path, and creating space to feel lighter, freer, and more aligned within.
MY JOURNEY
I’m Charly, the heart behind Amaeyra.
I’m originally from Germany and have called Australia home for the past ten years. I’m also a registered nurse working in paediatrics, and caring for children and families has always been deeply meaningful to me. At the same time, I have long felt drawn to supporting people on a deeper, more personal and spiritual level.
My spiritual journey began around fifteen years ago, although spirituality has been part of my life since childhood through my mother. She and I share an incredibly close bond and are more like best friends. Her wisdom, strength and spiritual nature have always inspired me, and she continues to be someone I deeply admire.
Amaeyra was created from my desire to share what I have learned and to offer a safe, nurturing space where people can reconnect with themselves and awaken their inner light. I am naturally empathetic and emotionally aware, which allows me to connect with others with warmth, compassion and without judgement.
I’m so excited to start sharing Amaeyra with the community and to see how it continues to grow. I also have a deep passion for art and creativity, which I hope to weave into future offerings.
